(and extracting urine and years of build up). His method is a heat method which is far superior to just a cold process. This company is amazing, affordable. Not only that, their professionalism is of the highest quality. Communication was explicit. The quality of work left no room for doubt. I hired steam Master to shampoo my rugs , I had a tenant with a pet that left a lingering pet smell. I was afraid I would have to replace the rugs. He made them look new. out of 5 starsReview!!! SteamMaster's (Kolt C.) Was phenomenal!! I was prepared to clean my own rugs with the rented rug doctor from the store. Due to COVID-19 they were unable to do so. I saw SteamMaster's in a FB group and decided to check them out. I sent a message from their FB page and had a response immediately. I gave them my info and received a quote AND an appointment (for 2 days later). I received an email and text message confirming the appointment and who the worker would be. Prior to the appointment I received a call from Kolt giving me an estimated time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! He's a Raven fan...that was my only slight issue. 🤣🤣 The carpet was cleaned and deodorized to perfection! (Also, I was alone with my children and felt completely comfortable with him there until my husband returned. ) We will DEFINITELY use them again for carpet cleaning and other services they offer. out of 5 starsTo start off with I began looking for a carpet cleaning company that offered true professional cleaning done with professional truck mounted equipment. And those searches on Google led me to steam masters in Charlotte. I saw some good reviews and when I called I got excellent pricing compared to a similar Stanley Steemer quote. I definitely wanted to avoid a company that was going to only bring in mobile equipment like a rug doctor type machine that I could’ve rented myself from Lowe’s or Walmart. This is the experience that steam masters promised and they delivered. The office staff was very friendly and able to work us in quickly to get our rental home ready for its new tenants. After we had scheduled our appointment I very quickly received a text message and email confirmation which was very nice. Shortly before our appointment I also received a confirmation and it let me know who my assigned technician would be. In the morning, the cleaner Marcus called me to let me know their ETA and that they were on the way. They arrived in the hour as they had promised. When Marcus arrived he was cordial and very Efficient. Customer service was excellent as Marcus took the time to walk through the house and help me understand the process, set my expectations at a proper level, And made sure I understood all the options for getting rid Of the tough areas like pet odors and a teen room that smelled like a gym bag. I will say my only surprise was the additional cost of the pet odor and stain treatment. At the time not knowing how good the product would be, the price seemed a little on the high side. After seeing the end result, and smelling the end result I can definitely say that was the best money I have spent all year. I left the team to do their work and was notified via text and email that the job was done later in the day. I went to the house to check out the job and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The carpet looked brand new. Our home smells amazing. I am a true believer in Steam masters Charlotte.
